Triffid Nurseries - Terms and Conditions

1. Orders will be despatched usually within 7 working days of receipt of your order at the Nursery.
2. All plants (except Pygmy Sundews due to their delicate root systems) are shipped bare-rooted.
3. Plants are sent using either Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' or Royal Mail 1st Class for all UK destinations. For EU orders, plants are sent Royal Mail 1st Class.
4. Seeds are sent worldwide by Royal Mail 1st Class.
5. Please notify us within 7 days if you have any problems with your order.
6. In the event of a claim being made, the liability of the Nursery is limited to the value of the plants and/or seeds.

1. All plant material is cultivated and propagated under artificial conditons. No plants sold are wild-collected.
2. Although we take every precaution to guarantee the exact species and genus of our seeds, mis-identification may still occur. Please contact the Nursery should these circumstances ever arise.

1. All photographs on this website show typical examples of the species/hybrids/cultivars in question and are meant for illustrative purposes only. They do not represent pictures of the actual plant despatched.
2. There is no minimum order.
3. Plants: It is not our policy to substitute plants. If a plant is out of stock or not available for any reason, we will contact you to discuss a possible replacement, refund or credit depending on your preference.
4. Seeds: We prefer our customers to list a few suitable alternatives/substitute seed species when placing an order for seeds. If any species are out of stock or unavailable then subtitutes can easily be made. In the event that no alternatives have been listed, we will contact you to discuss a possible replacement, refund or credit depending on your preference.

Cancellation

1. Customers of Triffid Nurseries are usually delighted with the size and quality of our plants, the viability of our seeds and the overall high quality of service provided. If however, any customers are not satisfied we will do everything we can to put things right and resolve any outstanding issues.
2. If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel the order up to 7 working days after the goods are delivered. To cancel an order, please e-mail us at sales@triffidnurseries.com with details of the order you are cancelling. We will refund the price paid by you for the goods as soon as we can, and no later than 30 days after the cancellation.
   Any plants must be returned to Triffid Nurseries within 14 days from the date of their receipt. Any seeds to be returned must be un-opened and in their original glassine envelope. We may have to deduct any reasonable costs we incur in recovering the goods from you.
   Whilst we respect your right to change your mind, we would ask that you take reasonable care of any goods (especially plants) which you decide you do not want. Please make sure you follow any care instructions we give you for plants.
